The History Intake Consultations focuses on understanding your child's individual history and your key concerns. The paperwork is done through our easy-to- use patient portal to assist us in developing a customized treatment plan, which may include lab testing, supplements, and adjustments to diet or home environment.

**Service Plans start once testing is complete (1-3 weeks).

Through regular monitoring via texts, calls, and visits, we can track changes and make necessary adjustments for the best results.

This plan is specifically intended for parents who are looking for guidance on particular protocols or symptoms but without the full monitoring the monthly plan provides. This plan is intended for parents that have been on the Monthly Plan and are phasing into the Flexible Plan or for parents that are familiar with the MedMaps Biomedical Treatment Approach and need some guidance.
