History Intake $600
The History Intake Consultations focuses on understanding your child's individual history and your key concerns. The History Intake Consultations are broken up in two days, one day virtual (zoom or phone) and the other day face-to-face office visit. This way it won't feel overwhelming to spend 3 hours in an office! The paperwork is done through our easy-to- use patient portal to assist us in developing a customized treatment plan, which may include lab testing, supplements, and adjustments to diet or home environment.

Monthly Consulting $300
The monthly plan is for parents aiming to make a positive difference in their child's life without the guesswork. This plan is essential because it tailors to your child's protocol. Rather than bombarding you with supplements, we introduce them one at a time, focusing on the root of symptoms. Through regular monitoring via texts, calls, and visits, we can track changes and make necessary adjustments for the best results. This includes 35% off all supplements on Full script.

Flexible Consulting $150
This plan is specifically intended for parents who are looking for guidance on particular protocols or symptoms but without the full monitoring the monthly plan provides. This plan is intended for parents that have been on the Monthly Plan and are phasing into the Flexible Plan or for parents that are familiar with the MedMaps Biomedical Treatment Approach and need some guidance.
