History Intake

Two Day Intake Process

We Understand your time is very important, so we offer a two day intake process.  Once you fill out the paperwork, we'll set up the History Intake Appointments which are broken down into two days.  

1. First History Intake:  This will be virtual or simply over the phone.  We'll go over all the paperwork without the complications of coming to the office.  This way, we can go over all the paperwork while your child is at school, someone is watching them, or even after work (we provide evening and weekend options) so this process is less hectic. (About 1-2 hours)

2. Second History Intake:  This is in the office.  Don't worry, the office is very child friendly and is one big playroom!  It's more of a home environment than an office so most children can play and have a great time!  This is the time I can observe your child in the office to see how they interact, play, communicate and handle the office space.  You can bring the whole family as that will give me a great opportunity to see the home environment.  Once I gather all this information, I can then order testing or possible supplements if I see the need to start a protocol.  (About 1-2 hours).

 

Testing

We provide a variety of testing based on your child's needs:

• Stool testing (Check for digestive issues and imbalances in the gut microbiome)

• Urine testing (A variety of testing; vitamins, minerals, heavy metals, mitochondria disorders, oxidative stress, methylation-sulfuration pathways, OAT testing, and many more.

• Saliva

• Genetic DNA 

• Other:  FRAT testing, Allergy testing, Leaky gut (finger prick) and more.
